The customer called and explained that the sewer from the toilet in his Mothers house had backed up the previous day and that his own attempts to clear it had only made the problem worse when his rods got stuck in the drain so he called ACE DRAINS to assist him in removing the rods and we quickly arrived at his mothers house and cleared the blockage with our high pressure jetting machine got the rods back and then we followed with a FULL CCTV survey of the drain to see were the root of the problem was and we discovered that there was an old clay pipe which was broke in the ground so we give the customer a copy of the breakage on a hard copy DVD and the rest was history!
